A curated seven-day wellness immersion in the misty highlands of Kandy — breath, movement, sound and Ayurveda.

This September, we journey to Sri Lanka — the teardrop of the Indian Ocean — not merely as travelers, but as seekers of restoration. Nestled in the misty hills above Kandy lies our sanctuary, Yasmin Hill: a place where time slows down, surrounded by virgin forest and built with the warmth of local hardwood, where ancient wisdom meets modern somatic awareness. Your guides are Lynn, senior yoga and wellness instructor, and Cecilia, integrative wellness architect.

Over seven transformative days you will breathe with intention, move with awareness in the iconic white dome of Sati Hall, and heal with warmth — six consecutive days of herbal oil treatments tailored to your constitution by our resident Ayurvedic physician, nourished by pure Ayurvedic cuisine. A first edition limited to ten guests: gather under the gaze of the Temple of the Tooth, breathe with the rhythm of the monsoon, and return home renewed.

Highlights

  • Breathe with Intention: Guided breathwork that activates the body's innate self-healing rhythms — a lifelong tool for vitality.
  • Move with Awareness: Organic, non-choreographed movement in the white dome of Sati Hall — inviting the spine to speak, releasing stagnant emotions and rediscovering the body's natural fluidity.
  • Heal with Warmth: Six consecutive days of daily herbal oil treatments, tailored by the resident Ayurvedic physician to your unique constitution (Dosha) — igniting the digestive fire (Agni) and restoring metabolic balance.
  • Nourish with Purity: Six days of Ayurvedic cuisine with coconut milk, curry leaves and golden turmeric — food as medicine, resetting your palate to the true taste of nourishment.
  • Sound & Vibration: Singing bowls and sound healing woven through the week by two certified practitioners.
  • An Intimate Circle: The first edition, limited to just 10 guests — under the gaze of Kandy's Temple of the Tooth.
  • A Sanctuary in the Clouds: Yasmin Hill — local hardwood, virgin forest and the slow rhythm of the highlands.

Dive deep into the experience. We have crafted a schedule that maximizes your time with the instructor while respecting your body’s need for rest. Browse the daily agenda to see how we will combine workshops, movement, and leisure into a seamless experience.

  • Nestled in the tropical highlands of the ancient Kandyan Kingdom, Yasmin Hill is more than a resort—it is a hidden enclave of silence. Perched on a lush hillside in Moragolla, our sanctuary overlooks a valley of untouched emerald green.

Here, the air is oxygen-rich, the sounds are purely natural, and the horizon is endless. We are far enough from the city to ensure absolute tranquility, yet rooted deeply in the spiritual heart of Sri Lanka. This is a landscape that invites your nervous system to finally exhale.

Choose from our Superior, Deluxe, or spacious Suite accommodations, each designed to blur the line between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Ground-floor rooms open onto private terraces, while first-floor sanctuaries feature breezy balconies—both furnished with designer seating for your relaxation.

To support your natural circadian rhythm, our rooms utilize bio-climatic natural ventilation instead of artificial air-conditioning, ensuring fresh, oxygen-rich air and pleasant temperatures for restorative sleep.

Amenities: High-speed WiFi, personal safe, minibar, and organic Ayurvedic toiletries. Enjoy complimentary herbal tea and coffee stations in every room.

Note: For a complete digital detox, our Sattva, Rajas, and Tamas rooms are intentionally TV-free.
