The Journey of the Four Elements

  • 20.8. - 30. 8. 2026

  • Balanced
  • English

A unique cross-cultural synthesis of Amazonian indigenous wisdom and Sri Lankan Ayurvedic heritage, guiding you through the alchemy of the four elements.

Unite the primal wisdom of the Amazon with the healing sanctity of the Sri Lankan jungle. This transformative retreat bridges two ancient worlds, creating a harmonious pathway to self-discovery. Guided by Agustin Allpa Grefa, you will explore the subtle laws of nature—magnetism, herbs, and the elements—within the breathtaking sanctuary of Yasmin Hill. This is not just a study of nature, but an initiation into the “Garden of Life,” where you will learn to listen to the plants, activate your own inner light, and build a solid foundation for your reality.

Choose from our Superior, Deluxe, or spacious Suite accommodations, each designed to blur the line between indoor comfort and outdoor serenity. Ground-floor rooms open onto private terraces, while first-floor sanctuaries feature breezy balconies—both furnished with designer seating for your relaxation.

To support your natural circadian rhythm, our rooms utilize bio-climatic natural ventilation instead of artificial air-conditioning, ensuring fresh, oxygen-rich air and pleasant temperatures for restorative sleep.

Amenities: High-speed WiFi, personal safe, minibar, and organic Ayurvedic toiletries. Enjoy complimentary herbal tea and coffee stations in every room.

    Agustin Allpa Grefa

Healer, Protector of Nature, and Indigenous Culture

Agustin grew up in the rainforest of Ecuador, in a time when it was still traditional, a way of life now unimaginable for many. His upbringing, from a European perspective, was incredibly harsh, and his stories seem to come from another world. As a talented child, he was chosen to follow in the footsteps of his ancestors and become a healer. Today, he is married to a Czech woman, they have two children, and they are committed to preserving the traditions of the Kichwa people. In their community, they founded a school, offering children a modern education while passing on the natural wisdom of the elders. Through workshops, seminars, and exchange programmes, they help us Europeans remember how not to be a burden on our planet.

    Michaela Grefa

Herbalist, Physiotherapist, Practitioner of Traditional Chinese and Amazonian Medicine

Míša, Agustin’s wife, hails from Ostrava in the Czech Republic. She studied Physiotherapy, a three-year Shiatsu programme, and Chinese Medicine with a focus on herbs, combining her knowledge with that of her husband. She has always been fascinated by nature, particularly flora, and has longed for harmony in the world. Together with Agustin, they lead seminars for personal development, guiding those whose path resonates with the Amazonian teachings. They offer experiences both in the Amazon and for those interested in the shamanic journey across Europe – in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Germany.
