Dive deep into the experience. We have crafted a schedule that maximizes your time with the instructor while respecting your body’s need for rest. Browse the daily agenda to see how we will combine workshops, movement, and leisure into a seamless experience.

Opening Ritual (Day 1):We begin at 18:30 with a communal dinner and a sacred opening ceremony to set the collective intention for the retreat.
Adaptation & Introduction (Day 2):A half-day trip to local Buddhist sites followed by an introduction to meditation and a gentle transition into noble silence.
The Depth of Practice (Days 3–8):A rigorous, supportive rhythm of sitting and walking meditation. Days include Dhamma talks, Mettá (loving-kindness) practice, and optional Yin Yoga or Ayurvedic treatments.
Closing & Integration (Day 9):Mettá meditation followed by breakfast and a sharing circle to facilitate a soft return to the world. We conclude with lunch at 12:00.

    By Train: An adventurous alternative. Take the scenic train from Colombo to the historic city of Kandy (2.5–3 hours). From there, it is a short 30-minute ride by taxi or tuk-tuk to the resort.

    Location & Arrival: We are hidden in the hills of Thalathuoya (search “Yasmin Hill Longevity Oasis” in your GPS). As you ascend the winding mountain roads, prepare for stunning vistas. A warm welcome and full luggage assistance await you at the top.
