„A wonderful mountain hotel with stunning views. I loved living in the clouds. Special thanks to the entire hotel staff for helping me with a flat tire. The rental company didn’t provide a jack or a wrench. Everyone, from the receptionist and restaurant manager to the cook and gardener, came to the rescue. They called a repairman, took the tire to a workshop, and installed it on the car themselves. If you stay at this hotel, you can rest assured that you can rely on this team: they will not leave you in the lurch.“
