We treat joint pain using the principle of “Snehana” (Lubrication) and “Swedana” (Fomentation).
First, we saturate the dry, brittle tissues with oil. Then, we apply heat. It’s simple physics: when you heat oil, it penetrates deeper and expands. This process nourishes the synovial fluid (the joint’s natural cushion) and washes away the metabolic waste causing the inflammation.

By Air & Private Transfer: The most convenient option. Yasmin Hill is a 3–3.5 hour drive from Colombo International Airport.

By Train: An adventurous alternative. Take the scenic train from Colombo to the historic city of Kandy (2.5–3 hours). From there, it is a short 30-minute ride by taxi or tuk-tuk to the resort.
