This retreat is for all women who desire to know themselves. Deep insight into your own inner self often reveals hidden treasures within us that we had no idea we had until now. Getting to know ourselves and our womanhood is a journey that begins and ends nowhere. But it can be a most beautiful journey. It doesn’t matter how old you are, spiritual orientation or creed. What is important is to feel the desire for deeper self-knowledge. To let yourself be guided that this is what my soul wants and needs, and then to trust that journey fully.

Lilia Khousnoutdinová
She studied political science and history at the University of Oxford. She subsequently joined Gender & Developmentat the “LSE”. She enters the public sphere as an entrepreneur, publicist, and initiator of awareness-raising programmes and campaigns on gender equality, reproduction, the female body and free choice.
She sees fulfilled sexuality as a basic human need that deserves time and attention.

A woman’s guide on the path to womanhood. Her love and respect for her own femininity, her interest in the philosophy of Tantra and Kundalini Yoga led this woman and mother of a grown daughter, to the source of feminine spirituality, which she actively imparts in her meetings with women.
